Development Services

The Development Review Division reviews environmental studies and transportation impact analyses associated with development projects.  Following project approvals, the division also clears project conditions, signs building permits, and reviews and approves site plans, roadway and traffic signal plans associated with land use proposals.  Development review fees may apply.

Technical Assistance 
Assistance in the design of traffic improvements is coordinated through the LADOT’s B-Permit section that can be reached at ladot.planprocessing@lacity.org.  For more information about B-Permits and Transportation Impact Studies click here.
