Valet Parking Operator Fees

  • BTRC number issued by the Office of Finance
  • Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, and Discover only please)
  • Customer Card ID Number (CCV2) from the back of your credit card

Temporary Sign Fees

Please use this page for Temporary No Parking sign payments ONLY. Once you click on the proceed button, you will be taken to another window to process your payment. Please have the following items ready to successfully process your payment:

  • Invoice including Work Order or Log number for Temporary Sign fees
  • Credit Card (MasterCard,VISA or Discover only please)
  • Customer Card ID Number (CCV2) from the back of your credit card

How Do I Report a Broken Traffic Signal?

You can report a broken traffic signal (signal dark, flashing red, damaged pole, etc.) 24 hours a day:

  1. Submit Online Request, or

Phone

  1. Call (818) 374-4823
  2. Tell the operator the intersection (Cross Streets) and what the problem is (Signal dark, Flashing red, knocked down pole, etc.)
  3. We will dispatch a repair crew ASAP

Alternatively, Monday-Sunday 8 AM-4:45 PM you can call 311 within the city limits as well.
