Disputes

Any and all disputes that may arise between users of this website and the City shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with Sections 1280 through 1294.2 of the California Code of Civil Procedure. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the parties and judgment may be entered upon it by a court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may demand arbitration by filing a written demand with the other party within 60 (sixty) days after occurrence of the dispute. The costs of the arbitration shall be borne by the losing party or in such proportion as the arbitrator determines. If any part of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect.

Use of Website

This website provides free public information. No member of the public shall be charged any direct or indirect fee or subscription to recover the cost of accessing information from this website.
