NOTICE: In an ongoing effort to support citywide COVID-19 response efforts, LADOT is focusing its resources at this time on essential COVID-related requests and critical safety concerns. If you have a COVID related service request, click on the corresponding menu item below.

Examples of COVID related items include requests for a passenger loading zone near a healthcare facility or temporary no parking signs near a grocery store or restaurant with a drive-thru to ease congestion. Examples of critical safety concerns include traffic crashes or urgent pedestrian crossing issues.

Bus Stop Issue

Please email ladot.westerndistrict@lacity.org if you are having issues with a bus stop.

Curb Requests

LADOT is prioritizing curb requests that are related to COVID-19. See form above to submit.

If you would like to make a request for a Blue Curb, please route your request through the Department on Disability.

Maintenance Requests

For missing stop signs and yield signs or malfunctioning signals, please call 213-485-4184 or 818-374-4823. For other missing or damaged signs, faded or missing striping, or faded or missing curb paint, please call 311 or click the link below.

Safety Concerns

LADOT has limited safety requests to the most essential needs during the COVID-19 Pandemic. LADOT has dozens of street design projects underway aimed at bringing excessive speeding down in order to save lives. Learn more and get involved here. If you have concerns about speeding, please contact your local LAPD Traffic Division.
