Examples of COVID related items include requests for a passenger loading zone near a healthcare facility or temporary no parking signs near a grocery store or restaurant with a drive-thru to ease congestion. Examples of critical safety concerns include traffic crashes or urgent pedestrian crossing issues.

LADOT uses a data-driven process to prioritize safety improvements in order to make the greatest impact. If you wish to see a specific safety improvement in your community, please submit a request to the office of your City Council representative or local district engineering office at ladot.lacity.org/contact.
